1. Japanese Vehicles Only

AR Trading & Co specializes exclusively in vehicles sourced from Japan.
Vehicle availability, specifications, condition, price, and export eligibility may vary depending on the vehicle and destination country.

2. Vehicle Information

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate vehicle information, including available photos, specifications, mileage, inspection details, auction information, and documents.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available vehicle information before confirming a purchase.
Used vehicles may have normal signs of age, previous use, wear, scratches, dents, repairs, or other imperfections.

3. Vehicle Confirmation

A vehicle is considered confirmed once the customer accepts the vehicle details and completes the required payment or deposit.
Customers should carefully review the vehicle information before confirming their purchase.
Once a vehicle has been purchased, reserved, or secured on behalf of a customer, cancellation may not always be possible.

4. Payments

Payments must only be made using payment instructions officially provided by AR Trading & Co.
Customers should verify all payment details before transferring funds.
Any bank fees, transfer charges, currency conversion fees, or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should not make payments, share personal information, or confirm a vehicle purchase through any other number claiming to represent AR Trading & Co.
AR Trading & Co cannot be responsible for payments or transactions made to unauthorized individuals, accounts, or third parties.

6. Prices

Vehicle prices may include or exclude shipping, insurance, inspection, storage, documentation, and other charges depending on the quotation provided.
The customer should review the final invoice or quotation carefully before making payment.
Any additional charges will be clearly communicated whenever reasonably possible.

7. Shipping

Shipping schedules and estimated arrival dates are provided based on information available from shipping companies and other service providers.
Shipping dates may change because of vessel availability, port congestion, weather, customs procedures, inspections, government regulations, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of important shipping updates.

8. Customs, Taxes & Import Regulations

Every country has different vehicle import rules.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the vehicle they purchase can legally be imported and registered in their destination country.
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, registration fees, port charges, and other destination-related expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.
AR Trading & Co may provide general assistance, but final import approval is determined by the relevant authorities.

9. Auction Vehicles

When a customer asks us to purchase a vehicle through a Japanese auction, the customer should review the available auction sheet, photos, specifications, and condition information before approving the bid.
Auction vehicles are purchased based on the information available at the time of bidding.
Once a successful auction bid has been completed, the purchase normally cannot be cancelled.

10. Used Vehicle Condition

Unless specifically stated otherwise, vehicles sold by AR Trading & Co are used vehicles.
Used vehicles are sold according to their available condition and information at the time of purchase.
Minor differences, wear, cosmetic imperfections, maintenance requirements, or conditions associated with normal vehicle use should be expected.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the transaction.
If costs have already been incurred for purchasing, auction bidding, documentation, inspections, transportation, storage, shipping, or other services, those amounts may be non-refundable.
Any applicable refund will be reviewed according to the individual transaction and costs already incurred.

12. Documents

We provide available vehicle and export documents required for the transaction.
Customers are responsible for providing correct personal, company, shipping, consignee, and destination
information.
AR Trading & Co is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by
the customer.

13. Storage

Vehicles may be subject to storage charges if shipment, documentation, payment, or customer instructions are
delayed.
Where applicable, storage costs will be communicated to the customer.

14. Insurance

Marine or shipping insurance may be available depending on the shipment and agreed service.
Customers should confirm whether insurance is included before shipment.
Where insurance is not included, the customer accepts the risks associated with transportation unless separate
coverage is arranged.

15. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the transaction may involve shipping companies, ports, auction houses, inspection companies,
banks, insurance providers, customs authorities, and other third parties.
While we work with these parties to complete the transaction, certain delays, decisions, costs, or circumstances
may be outside the direct control of AR Trading & Co.

16. Website Information

Vehicle listings, availability, prices, shipping information, and other website content may change without prior
notice.
A vehicle displayed on our website is not guaranteed to remain available until the purchase has been confirmed.

17. Our Commitment

transactions, and reliable support throughout the purchasing and export process.
We encourage every customer to ask questions and fully understand their purchase before making a payment.

18. Agreement

By confirming a vehicle purchase, submitting payment, participating in an auction through us, or using our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
